EXCHANGE POLICY INFORMATION
Once the order is confirmed and delivered it can’t be refunded but we offer 7 days exchange to our esteem customers. The terms and conditions for exchange offer are as following :
NO REFUNDS
If you think you have ordered a wrong article or, for any given reason, you don’t like you purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.
- The original receipt must be attached.
Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, certain items will NOT be exchanged. These include: panties, baby dolls, bodysuits and any other lingerie set. The items includes panties, silicone bras also all products under. Kindly ensure you order accordingly. In case of exchange, the customer will dispatch us the product and we will send replacement as soon as we receive the parcel.However, 200 delivery charges will be charged to dispatch new order. If there is no product available for exchange, a coupon of the credit amount will be given to you, after deducting the courier charges. That coupon can be used within 7 DAYS to shop at our site.
No exchange or return on Sale/Clearance items or discounted voucher orders.
We ensure privacy of orders and properly pack them. We pack jewellery in hard boxes to avoid damages. Do not accept order if seals of packing are not intact, if packing is torn then return it to the rider. We are not responsible for any damage caused by Delivery Company.
Due to corona SOP’s exchange of products was not applicable but now we offer exchange. If you find any issue in size and fittings then you are eligible for exchange.
